Cookie policy

Which cookies this site sets, and nothing beyond that.

Last changed: TODO_DATE

1. What we set

This site sets only what it needs to function. No measurement, marketing or tracking is switched on today, and nothing is set by a third party.

The table in the cookie settings lists every item we store, whether it is a cookie or local storage, how long it stays and why. The list is updated before anything new is set.

2. Consent and categories

Cookies strictly necessary for a service you asked for do not require consent. Everything beyond that stays off until you switch it on, and nothing optional is written before you make a choice.

The categories are necessary, preferences, statistics and marketing. Statistics and marketing are empty today — the choice still exists, so nothing can be switched on quietly.

Your choice is stored in the legarch_consent cookie for twelve months, together with the timestamp and the method you used. The decision history lives only in your browser and is never sent to us.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, through the Change settings link in the footer or the box at the top of this page. On withdrawal, anything stored under a category you switched off is deleted.

If your browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we leave everything optional off, even if you press accept all.

3. The counterparty surfaces

The surfaces where a counterparty submits details or signs set no cookies at all.

They load no tracking, no analytics and nothing from third parties. The token in the link is the only thing identifying the case, and it stays in the address bar, not in storage.
